Food was EXCELLENT. The waitress was super friendly and even showed us art in other parts of the restaurant. I live in northern Kentucky and I would drive back for the bread pudding!!
First time there. I love mom and pops with local flavor. This has plenty. Excellent value. Service was quick. Had the jambalaya with fried okra and deviled eggs. Jambalaya was served in rice, versus pasta with sauce, so different than what I've had before, but it was very good. I am not a Cajun connoisseur so not sure what authentic is or includes. Lunch menu served until 5PM when the dinner menu is served.
A hidden gem in Huntsville. We came here after the lunch time crowd and had a great experience. We had the blackened chicken salad and a gator po boy. All the good was delicious and the portions were good sized. For dessert we had the bread pudding, and let me tell you, it was the star of the meal! The bread pudding is to die for! Yum!
Food is excellent. Dark & dated furniture. Carpet flooring. Badass airbrush murals depicting the kitchen & restaurant. Daily specials. Excellent service. Fair price. Extensive menu and beer selections. Ill be back every Wednesday.
It has been a few years since last visit to Tim's and I'm so glad that they survived the pandemic and everything!!!! And- the food is still great! The étouffe was full of crayfish, turnip greens were most delicious, fried okra was crunchy but moist and very well seasoned and squash casserole was excellent- great flavor, not greasy, well seasoned. And shrimp po boy was excellent- lots of shrimp, well fried, not greasy and delicious! Service was excellent and for the price- great value! Will definitely return!
Tim's Cajun Kitchen has been my favorite for years. The food is consistent. My favorite are the wings, seafood jambalaya, stuffed twice baked potato and bread pudding.
